Exchanges, not refunds

We offer exchanges, not refunds. If something isn't right, WhatsApp us at +6013 500 3144 within 7 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it.

Conditions

The item must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. Return postage is paid by the customer. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Cancelling or changing an order

To cancel or change an order, WhatsApp us before it ships. Once an order has been sent out, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
